The service at both branches in Cape Town was ********** (V&A Waterfront and Canal Walk). The service is horrible. The toilets were dirty, the waiter was rude and he took time to serve us. We left V&A. We then went to Canal Walk hoping to get better service. We waited 30 minutes just to place an order. All waiters were avoiding our table. Even though we would raise our hand and ask for service they would just ignore us. Highly disappointed.
