Frozen garlic row

We went to Cape Town fish market (waterfront) for a friends birthday. We waited long for our food our ****tails tasted like water and to top it ... I ordered a garlic roll, the first one burnt (no communication given to the customer stating what is happening) then,when I received my garlic roll towards the end of the night, it looked as if it were served to dogs (like they just threw the roll on the plate/no presentation) and while cutting, the knife could not go through as the garlic roll was still frozen and when requesting to speak to a manager all they said was “ I’ll take it off the bill”. So disappointed at the level of hospitality and service we got.
