Food and service pathetic ruining a family day

We had a meal at CTFM on Saturday. We ordered 2 kiddies meals, teriyaki salmon 280g for hubbie and surf and turf for me. I made a request that the steak be well done. It was sent back 2 times - same steak, not redone, just replated. I complained to the manager who had a new steak prepared for me for me.Again this was medium, not well done. I asked to pack the steak as a takeaway.<br> I am disappointed that a good family meal turned out to be a disaster and I was not even offered my meal as a complimentary...The manager saw the steak and agreed that the steak was not well done.<br> I am a regular customer at Canal walk and have never experience such bad service where we had to ask for serviettes, wipes, cutlery, baby seat, etc. I ended up using my baby's wipes as I had such a long wait for the wipes.<br> I will not recommend CTFM Waterfront to anyone. It is not child friendly
