Disgusting food at Cape Town Fish Market, Waterfront, Cape Town

I ordered Cape Town Fish Market from the Waterfront. I ordered a prawn and calamari combo via delivery. I asked for onion rings but got two - how can that be a side? I also ordered kemon butter sauce but received none. The prawns and food received was disgusting, the prawns were dry, overcooked and tasteless. I complained on email but have since to receive a response from the manager at the Waterfront.
