Disappointing service at Cape Town Fish Market Waterfront!

On the 17th November 2016 at about 11h15 a group of my friends and I wanted to enjoy some of your food as we were celebrating a birthday. When we arrived there, to our surprise your store was still closed which was strange as I am certain your store should have been opened already. Manager on duty (didnt get his name) told us that they are still closed. We then asked if we could perhaps wait till they opened at the Takeaway area and the Manager told us that no we cannot because it was dusty and if we were going to complain about the dust he will loose it!!!I was totally floored to hear a Manager speak to his customers that way and the tone and the way he spoke and what he told us was shocking! We then asked him if we could sit outside, he tells us that we should leave and come back at 12! Basically chasing us away like animals.Even after that ****py treatment we stiill went back at 12 as we were celebrating a friend's birthday and we planned to have some seafood. Got there again and was greeted by the RUDE manager, who didn't bother to apologise for his behaviour and still continued to treat my friends and I like ****. One of the ladies asked for some Tartar sauce and he just said will add it to your bill and we spent over R800 there that day!!! I have never ever been mistreated like that before at any of your Branches ever! Please take this matter further. As you are aware that Social Media and word of mouth can cause alot of damage in this day and age. So i am appraoching you directly to deal with this. His behaviour was utterly disgusting .
