CTFM GW - Food is *now* ridiculously disgusting

My friends and I had a Celebration Dinner at the CTFM Grand West Branch on Saturday and it was honestly the WORST experience ever. I've always loved CTFM but this has just put me off the brand completely!! The food looked amazing but that was about it. The steak was bland and tasted like steamed meat, muscles tasted like it was unseasoned and there was no garlic in the garlic & cream sauce, the fish was disgusting and tased like it was still frozen n watery and overly salty because of the spice, prawns were stuck to the shells and a struggle to enjoy, chips tasted like steamed / boiled friend potatoes. I have no complaints on the small portion of rice and calamari we had on our plates because that was the only flavourful things. We paid the R1250 bill and left a tip because it was not the waiters’ fault but I will let EVERYONE know that CTFM is not what it used to be. This was honestly my WORST foodie / celebration experience!
