Cape Town fish market *********** staff

I called CTFM waterfront on 23rd September to make a reservation for dinner at 7 for 5 pax. Upon my arrival I was informed that my reservation was not captured. After debating with the hostess that the call was made, I was eventually seated, the manager Jenovia then sent a waitress to separate the tables to make space for the influx of people arriving, instead of asking us politely she sent an errand boy to do her bidding after convincing herself that we did not call to make a reservation. She lingered around our table for the duration of our supper giving off looks of disgust and disapproval. I expect more from the establishment and of the staff. If the attitude and sheer incompetence is perpetuated by the manager staff are likely to follow by example which is what happened last night. When Jenovia processed the payment of our bill she did not show any form of interest and said nothing. All of the guests at the table felt a disinterested and off-vibe from Jenovia and as a loyal customer of CTFM, I would appreciate if her attitude can be addressed.
