Bad service/food

We arrived at Capetown Fish Market at the Mall just before 14:00 on Saturday 7th we had placed our order and then the power went off we were told that they have gas so they can supply all items on the menu but when we received our meal which was about 1 and a half hours later my son had ordered calamari and chips he was given mash potato and chicken strips the other meal my husband ordered was very underdone. I feel because there is an issue with the power in SA make provision for this.
