We came for a mother's day lunch after rush hour. We waited for 20 mins before we were helped. Then another 80 minutes for our food to arrive. In the whole 80 mins the waiter did not even ask once whether we want more drinks. Only after I had called the manager did our food arrive. <br> <br> Our food was kept warm for a long time as the prawns, calamari and chips were dry and in unappealing. The manager mentioned that it was mother's day and very busy, yet more tables were unoccupied than those who had customers.
