Bad Service

Such bad and poor service...firstly we waited at the door for 10 minutes to be shown to our table.Phiwe comes after the 10 minutes and takes us to a table without even introducing herself as we had to ask her for her name.We sit at the table for about 15minutes.We had to call a waiter passing by to ask who will be serving us.His name is James and He takes our drink order he does not return until we see Phiwe walking by.No one had taken our food order.We ended up leaving the restaurant with Phiwe shouting that she tried but if we do not have any patience then we can leave.A family which was there before us also left.
