Bad service

What a terrible experience at CTFM GrandWest Casino<br> During a lunch break of attending a conference in the Grand Arena we decided to skip all the local take-away spots and head for what we thought is a decent restaurant but this place is anything but decent. After waiting quite a while to get the attention of our waiter we finally manage to order our meal of sushi and fish which ended up being wrong but nevertheless the incorrect sushi was sent back. We then waited a while for our fish to get to us which had already been standing under the warmer for 5mins with all staff ignoring it even our own waiter who then went to get our sushi first in which the Salmon in the california rolls had a off taste about it, eventually when recieving the fish I had salt fall all over my meal not knowing that the salt grinder lid is broken and not our waiter or a manger in site to complain and by then i already just s****ped off all the salt from my meal. I then requested our bill which took more than 15mins to get to me which still had the incorrect sushi order on it for me to pay for which i did not consume. Paid & complained with manager and didn't even get a apology only response was is it.
