Bad For Business

Bad service at the Century City Branch in Cape Town. The food was not up to par and when we asked for the steak to be more medium then rare the waiter was rude and then the manager had to come. When we paid the waiter also had an issue with the tip even thought we gave him a tip of 10%

We were recently at the Grandwest branch also in Cape Town. After ordering our drinks they advised that they don’t have what we wanted , because someone left with the keys for the store room and they waiting for the spare keys , after a hour the spare key still didn’t come. We waited long for our drinks and food and the experience overall was horrible.

I’ll definitely never visit Cape Town Fish Market again and when people ask me for ideas on restaurants to visit then I definitely won’t recommend them
