Bad Food and service

An overall dissapointment. We where left with dirty glasses on the table we had to ask for them to be cleared. we where given incorrect utensils for the food that we ordered. we waited over an hour for 4 meals. food was cold. the fish was drenched in oil, chips where old and re fried, muscles where muscle less, fish was also way over battered. the waiter was not attentive and uninterested. A manager did not check on us. when i went to find a manager to tell them of the terrible experience they just said thank you for the feedback and walked away. we will not return. we expect more. Instead of having fancy menus try focusing on good service and food.
