Accout Handed over without Notification

I took a personal loan with Capitec Bank.I unfortunately app**** for Debt review because my father was sick with cancer so I was paying his medical expenses. He later passed on. I app**** to be removed from Credit review and I was removed by the court. I went to Capitec and asked them to debit my account and they refused. I was in arrears at one time but I paid all the arrears. All of a sudden I got a message from lawyers that my account has been handed over without Capitec even notifying me that they will hand over my account. I a m very much aggrieved because now my credit score is being affected by the account that was handed over.
