*******ion regarding deposit
We stayed at the Cape town Beach Apartments at Leisure Bay on 30 May 2026. Before we could get the keys we had to pay a deposit of R1000. Teh undertaking was to pay the deposit back within 14 days. We have still not had our deposit back. On researching I have found several comments of other people who have experienced the same.

They requested a refundable deposit for any damages and advised it will be paid within 14 days
They requested a refundable deposit for any damages and advised it will be paid within 14 days. I paid this money on the 14 April 2026 and today is the 29 June 2026 and they still did not pay me
