No service in placing orders

On Monday the 2nd of November I tried phoning Cape Town Auto Parts (Cape Town Glass) to order auto parts. After asking to speak to Venito I was put through and placed on hold. Someone else picked up. Again asking to speak to Venito. Again being placed on hold. Then after 10mins I got cut off. Phoned again. Same story...waited for 10mins after someone picked up the phone and placed me on hold. 3rd time I phone someone answered said \I will be with you now"and placed the phone on the counter. I waited and waited hearing everyone speaking about irrelevant ******* in the background. After 15mins I hanged up myself and ordered my parts from a different supplier who immediately answered the phone and helped me with my order."""
