very bad after sales service

Your team (https://appliancesrepaircapetown.co.za/) came to fix my dishwasher. Before they started I requested a report of the fault with the dishwasher which they did not give me and it is needed for the insurance. Now the man that answers the phone on *** said I must pay R450 for the report. I find this to be very excessive. Also the sensor was not replaced as it says on the invoice.
