The Cape Times, bad delivery service, never mind the content.

As one of the diminishing readers of the Cape Times, I still subscribe, only because I want a paper to read over breakfast, not another screen. Rather I pay for a subscription but delivery is hit and miss. Phoning their delivery number is not only ineffective but also frustrating to hear a disinterested voice on the other side. The sooner Mr Surve goes broke and someone else buys this badly edited and inefficiently delivered newspaper, the better.
