Disappointed.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

In October, they installed two skylights at my home. Months later—when the winter rains began—my flatlet flooded due to water pouring in through the skylights, causing extensive ceiling damage.

After investigation, it turned out the skylight units had been installed without any internal seal between the flashing—a critical oversight. The company pointed fingers at the waterproofer (who had done work around the skylights afterwards), while the waterproofer reasonably assumed the units had been sealed internally by the installer.

Rather than take responsibility for their part in the failure, the skylight company repeatedly deflected blame—onto me, onto the other contractor—and only after much back-and-forth did they eventually agree to contribute toward repairing the ceiling. That was three weeks ago, and despite numerous follow-ups, they’ve gone quiet again and haven’t confirmed when or if they’ll follow through.

This has been a frustrating and expensive experience. The lack of accountability and responsiveness is deeply disappointing. I would urge others to think carefully before using them.
