Cape Skylights Poor Service

I had a skylight installed about 2 years ago and ever since I installed it it was leaking. They came 2 or 3 times to stop the leak but it was unsuccessful. I eventually had to hire a water proofing company to stop the leak. A part also broke during the guarantee period and the owner promised that he would replace it. Two years later after many calls and correspondence it still has not been replaced. I even told him thst I would log a complaint with Hello Peter but he still has not replaced the part.
