We bought our house and cape sky realtors were the agent. Transfer went through on 6/3. The existing tenants who move out end April had paid for month march. We were first paid occupation rent from 10/3 until I proved transfer went through the 6/3. A professional agency should know when transfer goes through. The \queen"as he calls himself then took a 12.5% comm on my pro rata of 25 days rental from my tenant. I have sent 2 emails of which none have been acknowledged. On the 6/3 the house went into my name and his lease expired with his tenant and previous landlord.what happens after the 6/3 has nothing to do with the queen.
