Rude estate agent refuses to view flat

Arthur had called and arranged a time with me to go view the flat. I had told him i was viewing a flat in a different area before and Arthur offered to lift me to view his flat as i told him i use public transport. I go to the address he had given me and it appears to be a private residence, i was not comfortable with the arrangement so called him to say i would meet him at the flat. On my way i contact my partner and ask that he take of work to join me. We run 10 min late due to train delays but get to the flat without a fuss. on seeing me with my partner Arthur barricades himself in side the property and proceeds to lie to me about trying to call, about what company he represents and tells me the flat is no longer available. He very rudely disregards me and my partner and walks away. The manor in which he conducts himself is completely inappropriate and unacceptable. <br> In all my partner and i felt demoralized and discouraged in our search for a flat by this rude man and I can only hope to never have the misfortune of having to deal with him or have anyone else waste their time on his poor service.
