Andre Groenewald of Cape Sales (on Bobshop) NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!

Andre Groenewald (who operates as Cape Sales on Bobshop) used to supply my shop with electronic devices and accessories. Every batch he has ever sent me came with defective items and I had to make another order of additional items for him to replace the defective items that was sent in the previous order. I only continued to purchase from him coz his prices were cheaper than others and I covered up the losses on some defective items from the sale of the proper working items. If I didn't order from him for 2 or 3 months, he would call or email me nagging for business.

I once made an order and paid for items to the value of +-R3500 and the package never came. When I called him and expressed my displeasure as a customer, he swore me and said that he can't do anything about it. I left it for a day or 2 and decided to call him again to see if he would change his mind. He rep**** calmer that time and said he didn't know what happened and I must pay half the value for the missing package and he'll resend it. Turns out it was during the Looting drama in KZN, so I had no other option but to pay the half so I could sell and recover the money I lost from the sale of the new items that he eventually sent me (after we fought about it). Call me crazy, but if a customer makes an EFT payment to me and requests that their order that has to be couriered to them, then it becomes my duty to ensure it reaches them safely, or I'll have to make some arrangements to compensate them.

The last order that I made from him for brand new PS3 controllers came with a whole batch of faulty PS3 controllers. Every 1 of them were missing their built in batteries. When I complained to Andre, he tells me that I'm talking nonsense and that he supplies Cash Crusaders/Convertors with these same controllers. I have proof from 2 of my store's repair technician that every controller that they opened up (to see why it was faulty) had missing batteries. Andre refused to replace them and tells me that he can't do orders for me anymore.

ANDRE GROENEWALD IS A ROGUE WITH AN ATTITUDE PROBLEM AND SHOULD NOT BE SUPPORTED BY ANYONE WHO WANTS QUALITY PRODUCTS!!!! HE DOES NOT UNDERSTAND BUSINESS ETHICS AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!! I'LL NEVER SUPPORT HIM AGAIN AND I URGE OTHERS TO AVOID DEALING WITH HIM TOO
