Incomplete job after full payment.

Absolute worst experience. After just buying a house, we came to find Cape Royal Gardens on Facebook. I was so impressed that within a few hours they had responded to me and set up a time to come quote my husband and me to redo the lawn. They came with a whole team of people, and took measurements, and set to come to lay the grass 2 days later.

Once they laid the grass they missed two corners, leaving the garden looking extremely incomplete. I told them I was not happy, and they said they would come back the following day to finish the job. They asked that I please please please give them the full payment as they need to pay for the staff and to their supplier for the grass. I agreed, on the condition that they come back to complete, and they left their wheelbarrow as assurity.

The next day, they came back, they came back to fetch their wheelbarrow, lay one piece of grass then left without saying a word, my garden still incomplete.

It has been over 3 weeks since the incident, and I have been chasing and following up to see when they will come. They keep saying they will come tomorrow and then ghost me on the day they meant to come.

What an absolute waste of money. I would not recommend these people to my worst enemy.
