Terrible workmanship and customer service

Bad news. My washing machine, after a R2700 drum repair, was returned leaking water, making s****ing noises when rotating, and the housing (which had been in a very good condition) was scratched. Cape Repairs did not respond to my request to fix the faults but blocked my phone number and that of my son who tried to assist me.
