Absolutely shocking service - do not hire these guys.

Machine had plumbing issues - I notified the technician of this before hand. Instead of investigating the leak where I had point to, he took apart my entire machine. It was a blocked pipe external to the machine. Lo and behold, my door timer ‘broke’ the very next day which they charged me R2500 for. The machine is new. When I questioned this, the technician kept repeating the price at me and saying he had sent the invoice and I must pay on the spot.

Don’t use these guys.
