Repairs never worked

This company claims NO CALLOUT fees on their Google Ad but the call out fee is R200 regardless. This company said they can fix the frosting issue on inside of my Fridge. Then proceeded to charge me R1550 for re-gassing, which they claimed will fix the issue. I asked them three times in a row if the re-gassing will fix the frosting issue and they said yes. I'm not even sure they re-gassed the fridge, as I can't tell from a layman perspective - they just made some noise and said it's working now. However, the next morning, the fridge just started frosting/icing up again on the left. So what they didn't certainly didn't fix the issue and I'm out of my money now. They answer the phone and refused to discuss the issue with me further and also the technicians just refer you back to the "office". I send several whatsapp messages about this issue now and they still haven't rep**** after they got their money. Lesson learnt.
