My washing machine was making a noise when spinning. The bearing and spider (shaft) needed replacing. Good: Cape Repairs came within 1 hour, made correct diagnosis, did repair in 4 days and re-installed machine on a Sunday. Price was reasonable too. Not Good: Poor communications - needed to nag them by whatsapp to get updates.
