Do Not USE!

I used Cape Repairs to fix my refrigerator, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. They completed the initial repair on September 2nd, 2024, but by September 3rd, the fridge started making loud noises again. I contacted them immediately and followed up again on September 4th. Their response was that I should wait several weeks for the refrigerator to “settle,” which seemed unusual but I gave it time.

After those weeks passed and the issue persisted, I reached out again. Since then, Cape Repairs has refused to take my calls, and when they do respond, they’ve been dismissive, rude, and completely unhelpful. They have not attempted any follow-up repairs or taken responsibility for their work.

While the technicians who initially came out were polite and professional, the repair itself was ineffective. The fridge is still making noise and isn’t working correctly. The company’s phone support has only added to my frustration with their unresponsive and abrasive behaviour.

It’s clear that Cape Repairs has no interest in honouring their commitments or providing proper after-sales support. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services.
