Day light ******* in every sense

I called them out yesterday to quote on repairing my LG washing machine. I got a quote for R3850 to repair a 2 year old machine that had a broken rubber seal. The second company who went this morning repaired the seal in 30 mins and then found that the mother board had been removed. Andrew the technician from Cape repairs denies it was him……a joke as he’s the only one to touch the machine.
