Cape Repairs.....dishonest

I paid R2850 for them to replace my Defy Top Loader Washing machine, when it came back from the workshop it worked and the next time I used it does not wash or spin properly at all. I have called and watsapp, the lady keeps watsapping back the technician will come now 6 days later no answering to phone calls or watsapp. Do not trust them. They did not replace my washing machine motor
