CAPE REPAIRS ARE A ****!!

Please DO NOT use this company. They are a total ****. They came to look at our freezer because our gasket needed to be replaced. They then said that’s not the problem and said the gas needs to be replaced at the back of our fridge. They charged us R2300 to do this and they wanted to be paid immediately. After 3 days our freezer was back with the same issues. I tried contacting them and they wouldn’t respond to any of my WhatsApp’s or phone calls. My husband then called from his phone and they magically pick up. He asked them what’s going on and they said they waiting for spare parts. Their company address also doesn’t exist.
