Sunny Rentals, a ****

Cape Rentals were sadly lured into listing with a Company called Sunny Rentals about 8 months ago. They are supposedly based in Denmark but purport to market properties in Spain but are expanding throughout the world.<br> We paid them a 'reduced' listing fee for 2 properties - roughly R3 500 at the time - and the listing s were never seen. <br> Should we attempt to contact them now they will only liaise via email and they claim that the sales team who dealt with our company no longer work for them, they actually have a record of their names. They immediately advise you that you outside of some 30 day guarantee period, which of course you know nothing about.<br> The salesman on the phone was very clear when he explained that we could cancel at any time should they not produce results.<br> <br> We received no enquiries in 8 months, our listings remained 'without content' and yet no amount of calling the salesmen would produce any changes in this. As stated, since then, they 'no longer work for the company'. We have found similar reports on Lay my Hat!
