May Water bill

Alley Roads charged me R550.00 for water,i stay alone ,i used water for 2 weeks.i asked water statement to check water readings and tarrifs from agent called charity 2 weeks back, i have done follow up twice ,till today i have not received response of how my water bill came to R550.00 for May .when i asked Charity told i was charged R550.00 becouse coat of living is to high...

All i want is the statement from water campany showing usage of water and tarrifs to pay the bill...funny enough a unit that stays 3 adults and 5 children were charged less than me who stays alone...
