Very disappointed

Although the promised in their quotation they will use blankets to protect the furniture (everything was already wrapped in bubbl wrap) the crew did not use any blankets at all and the furniture was moved from CT to PTA only with the bubble wrap.

We experienced huge damages which cannot all be repaired. They did offer us a small payment to cover for the damage, but that does not cover a fraction of the damage costs.

If they just used the blankets, as we were promised in the quote, this damage could have been avoided!
