I booked at the last minute (not a good idea) and they still made a plan for me. Sue in the office was very helpful and kind. They used a partner mover for a shared load - who came to Joburg on time and arrived in CT five minutes early. Extremely kind and helpful. All my stuff had stickers on, so it didn't get mixed up with other things. Nothing went missing and nothing broke-not even the mirror. Very very happy. Reasonable price and utterly professional.
