Poor communication, very late delivery (still undelivered)

One of our employees relocated from PE to CT three weeks ago and has entrusted Cape Removals to move her furniture in a timely fashion, which they have failed to do. Communication has been poor with promised delivery dates missed with no explanation. For three weeks she's been sleeping on the floor of an unfurnished apartment and the best Cape Removals can do is say the delivery "should be there by the end of this week" - 4 weeks late.
