Not Bad - will see on return

They were at least an hour late to start the packing into the truck, which meant I had to wait an hour longer for them to finish (although traffic was hectic on the day). It also meant that things got quite rushed at the end, so possibly not all the best care was given to some of the packing (will only really know in 3 - 4 months when renovations are done and items are returned from storage.) However if they had been on time this would probably have been a 4 star rating. I was also not happy that a second truck (at additional cost) had to be sent as everything would not fit into the first truck (but then I am not sure if there were more items or not as the day was a blur).
