GOOD PROSPECTS BUT POOR DELIVERY

The booking and arrangements through Cape Removals were good and Sue deserves credit. But the removal by H&M Removals was poor with a difficult loading by only two guys struggling with a heavy piano, flimsy wrapping which cost a fortune but was hardly effective, poor communication between management and the driver; bad damage to the piano; other damage to furniture which revealed negligent loading and organising of furniture on the truck. One wonders how Cape Removals still has a symbiotic relationship with H&M Removals
