Disappointing
They arrived almost 3 hours after the confirmed time which means that they were offloading well over 8pm in the evening. Everything was rushed and due to this we ended up with a number of damaged items which no one takes accountability for which is very sad as we have worked hard for what we have.

Please email me personally on *** with details on the damages and any correspondence that indicates that we are not taking accountability? We don't like having unhappy clients and we will resolve as best we can
