Booking mix-up, but efficient team
Our booking was confirmed on email for 09:00 / 09:30 only to discover on the day of the move that there was a booking mix-up and the truck only arrived just before 15:00. On the positive side the driver did keep me informed with regards to his ETA. When the team arrived they were very efficient and helpful with regards to loading and offloading our household items.
