Communication with them was excellent, responses prompt. As previously, Caroline really did her best to accommodate us. The truck arrived on time, the guys worked quickly and efficiently and they even arrived at our new home before us. The only negative was that one of them put the house keys and remote in one of the bags that went into the truck, so that caused a bit of inconvenience.
