Poor Customer Service and Selling things that it's not even working to you

Hi. I've been waiting for them to come and pick up their fridge which they sold to me and knowing very well that it is not working I have been sitting with a fridge at home that is not working and just finishing off my space and the the more i keep seeing it, i go crazy cause am so angry and so dissapointed. How can i just let my money that I worked so hard for go like that. And I have been communicating with this guy and been saying they coming since last month and now he decided to mise me and just read my texts and ignore my calls as well. What to do in this case? I am so disappointed on them, Cape Refrigeration is a ****mers that suck people's money just like that and their page it looks so trusting kanti cha you just got your self in a day light *******.
