****MERS FROM THE PIT OF HELL!!!!

They were quick to come on sight and pretended as if they were fixing the fridge, after charging us R950. And no longer than 2 hrs later, the fridge, which they told us to initially switch off, appeared to still be in the same exact state as it was upon calling them. Basically they **** and didn't fix *********** ; And when I reached countless times, they barely responded and said the technicians were coming, which obviously was another blatant lie. I would like to know how legal action could be taken on them!!! They need to be held accountable and shut down for good!!!
