*********** people, disgusting service

Do not make use of this *********** company. We had a problem with our fridge and our insurance company sent out these *********** people. They are so rude and arrogant, they lost the *****s for the parts and then accused me of being at fault. They fitted a new evaporator fan which did not work and then wanted payment although the unit was now in a worse condition than before. When I informed them I would not pay until the unit was fixed they become extremely aggressive, arrogant and rude. We got a second opinion who stated there was nothing wrong with the fan and refitted the original, they had refitted the parts using drywall *****s which damaged the insulation of the unit. They have absolutely no idea about refrigeration repairs and fit parts that are secong hand but want to charge for new prices. These people should not be allowed to work on any refrigeration systems and are definite **********. When returning there sub standard part they then stated the cable was missing, however the cable fitted to our fridge was still the original cable. A stern warning to all, stay away from this company, if they arrive at your premises do not allow them to touch your equipment they will destroy it....
