CAPE REFRIDGERATION ****MERS!!

Cape Refrigeration *** were paid R1450.00 on 20 November 2025 to repair my fridge. A week thereafter i contacted them to say that my fridge is not longer cooling. They ignore me and say they will see if they can come out by 24 December 2025...they dont have Technicians available. They are rude and ****ming the clients. How can they face retribution for their doings? and refund our monies?
