CAPE RADIOLOGY BOOKING SYSTEM STINKS

Today I tried to make an appointment for an ultrasound. I held on for 40 minutes before giving up. Despite pushing 2 to make a booking, I had to listen to "You are number 2 or number 1 in the queue". When my call was eventually answered, that person simply put me through to someone else and again I was told that I was number 2 or number 1 in the queue. For 40 minutes! This is just completely unacceptable and a waste of time. Perhaps more efficient staff are required to handle the volume of calls?
