Price rip-off.

I am renting a property in Riebeek Kasteel and needed some help in getting my DSTV decoder working. I found this comoany online and requested a call-out. 3 men arrived on 7th April and checked my wiring. They then proceeded to check the sattelite dish. They then showed me that the bracket holding the NLB was broken and they also said the NLB was faulty and the dish was too small I told them to just put the NLB back back, as I needed to speak to the lessor before I could go ahead with replacement. When they were finished and had packed up, I was given an invoice for R2,735.00. I expected to pay for the call-out, which was R650, but they had replaced the NLB for R950, and holder for R285, and charged me also R850 for labour. I paid under protest and contacted head office. I dealt with Kevin whois the manager or owner. I checked what a new NLB costs online, prices from R100 to max R300! A holder is available at R55! They charged me R1,235 for materials that cost under R200! He said he would investigate, but despite numerous attempts to obtain further a response, he ignored all my messages.
