Closed down and disappeared with my deposit

Watch out for Cape Prestige rental agency run by Dan Elkington in Cape Town - they have run off with the deposit on a flat I rented! their website is still live but it appears Dan has left the country. No response to email, and the phone (lndline and mobile) and fax numbers no longer exist...
