Avoid investing in Silver & Gold with Cape Precious metals

I would be hesitant when purchasing silver or Gold from Moon Invest trading as Cape Precious Metals. their website states"We operate within a socially responsible and sustainable business framework, and we are members of the Jewellery Council of South Africa. You can trust us to support you with integrity across Southern Africa" this statement may apply when purchasing silver & gold bullion they collect & refine but does not reflect there philosophy in their "purchase back " policy whereby they refuse to trade as and when prices fluctuate. I was told to sell their unique bullion to a trader or "pawn shop" this is not indicative of their purchase promise, I bought close to R90,000 in silver bullion in 2022 & 2023, when I attempted to sell it back in order to purchase Gold my Account Executive ignored me on WhatsApp, blocked me & when I called head office I have not had a response in over 1 week. be careful. Use Silver Sphere who as per bullion laws do purchase their silver back at a Markey related price.
